Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd, 20xx is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping each other makes the world more beautiful.

The first day for me to come to the high school, my head-teacher told us the news that we needed to take the military train. We were all shocked, it was so hot outside, how terrible it was. Then the next day, we saw our training instructor.
He was young and handsome, though his skin was so yellow.
Suddenly, all the girls became energetic, we listened to the instructor’s words carefully.
In fact, I was staring at him. We trained for a week, we found the train was not that hard, we had fun and joy.
At night, my training instructor asked us to sing the songs about military, we even compete with other teams.
The days of military training are beautiful, we become stronger, what’s more, we made friends with the military instructors.

Nowadays, when we see the movie, we may find the movie is familiar, we have seen the plot before. The movie we watch is always adapted according to the novel. Such as The Pride and The Prejudice, the story has been put into the screen many times.
The main plot is same, but the express way of character is different.
If the director shots a version that the audience thinks it a fail, he fail, so the adapted movie means distraction of the original novel.
As for me, I like to watch movie, compare to read novels, it saves time, I have to study everyday, so I don’t have much time to read a long story.
What’s more, the movie has voice, the characters are lively, so I get into the story very soon, I won’t feel bore. Sometimes reading a novel makes me sleepy. So watching movies is a good way to know the novels.
现在，当我们看电影的时候，我们可以发现电影很熟悉，我们之前已经看过剧情了。我们看的电影总是根据小说改编的。比如《傲慢与偏见》，这个故事已经被搬上荧幕很多次了。故事情节是相似的，但是表达人们的方式是不同的。

我好累啊，天啊！这英语为啥这么难学啊，做个英语作业简直要我老命。我太难了，不就是想好好学个英语嘛，咋就这么困难呢？还是我跟英语水土不服啊，学不好英语？这英语作业最难的就是口语作业了，有时候自我感觉不是很好的时候读的分数反而更高，感觉读的还行的时候又一直是不及格的分数。简直崩溃，我都搞不清楚，这到底是我读的问题，还是手机系统出错了。真的是难以理解，读到怀疑人生啊！
英语作业还有一大把没写完，但是这个英语口语作业都还没完成，重点是完成的一点都不顺利，这直接严重影响到了我继续读下去和写作业的'心情。我有那么一瞬间是想要放弃继续读的，但是我不能放弃，求英语善待我一下。我真的好难，对英语我真的是既喜欢又崩溃，喜欢是因为我觉得学会英语很酷，崩溃是因为我的英语口语作业太难完成了，老是读不好。一直读不好我真的是太崩溃了。其实吧，我觉得应该是系统不好的缘故，之前都不会这样一直读一直读都是不及格的分数。即使这样，我还是得顽强的把这些作业给完成，也许这次完成的不会像之前那么好，但是我尽力完成好点。
